We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shahbaztariq099@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with proof (images or videos).
